In 2006, Amy Demchak knew she wanted to become an entrepreneur, and 20 years later she says she has her favorite job.
Amy is sole owner of Working On It, LLC, a coaching and consulting business committed to helping people maximize their personal and professional potential.

Recently, CEO students completed the personality assessment called DISC and received their report. Certified in "Everything DISC", Amy worked with CEO to help them understand the results of their assessment. Knowing these things, Amy shared, can increase self-awareness, understand others, improve collaboration, and make someone a better team member.
D stands for Dominance, I for Influence, C for Conscientiousness, and S for Steadiness. Amy discussed the traits of each, and the class mapped out the strengths, possible misunderstandings and positive assumptions of each trait.

Each student keeps a name tent in front of them during class, with their DISC traits displayed, just as a reminder of what they've learned about each other.
