It embodies the core message of innovation and problem-solving: identify what's needed and then create a solution for it.
Tim gave CEO a tour of The Mill, one of several businesses he owns. It is much bigger than what he first envisioned-- now the second largest, outdoor amphitheatre in Indiana next to White River Park in Indianapolis.
Tim urged CEO students to start small. "How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time," he shared.
Tim said problems that arise and failures are opportunities to learn. One thing he did strongly emphasize is spending extra money on the things that count.
