It's amazing what a little encouragement can do.
This time of year is challenging for everyone. Time changes, weather changes, season changes. CEO students feel it, too. Class time was given today to script anonymous notes of encouragement to each other, written on Post-Its, and left inside each person's name tent for a reminder of how much they are truly valued.
