Choosing to own your own business is never easy. For Pedro and Araceli Piloni, it took them 20 years to get to where they are.

Piloni's Italian Restaurant is in Terre Haute and Piloni's Italian Steakhouse Restaurant is in Brazil, Indiana. "A heralded Chef, Pedro works his magic in the tradition of his upbringing and with the creativity only experience could bring."

Piloni's webpage shares the story of Chef Pedro's family and his training under restauranteur Gussipi "Pino" Bolognga chef owner of "Pinos," that once housed the same building. Pino mentored Chef Pedro by teaching, giving responsibility and challenging Pedro to later become a chef owner himself.

Pedro and his wife Araceli talked with CEO, sharing the ins and outs of owning a restaurant. Pedro taught about the importance of hard work, perseverance, and dedication when choosing to become an entrepreneur.
